Assignment #20 Research and Inspiration

Shepard Fairey - shepard fairey was someone who took a photo as inpiration and made it into something very beautiful but apparently that was plajarizing because it wasnt his picture and he didn't personally take the picture
 i havent decided what im going to do mine on im thinking of putting a picture of two little kids in africa that are starving and do the shepard fairey thing but the thing im struggling on for each is what one word im going to put on it.

i really love this picture because it is so simple but at the same time there is so much going on and it tells a story

Letter head and envelop:

I really love how the stripes are slanted and the pretty colors i might want to dos omething like this

i literally am in love with this i think its so cute anf girly

i like the way the blue part looks like waves.

Buissness card and logo:

for this assignment i want to do the candy shop and the colors i want to use are pink and green and white

I like how they used a peppermint for the O

i really like this one becaus4 all the colors make me want candy so i think thats really good for a design

i like this one because i think its simple and it looks good as a logo

Assignment #18 - Research and Inspiration

We have to make a logo with only letters that is simple but is creative.

The logo i want to do is St. Henry Hotel because im just going to do in in a really different font and use a monochromatic color scheme.

Visual Heiarchy: im going to find a really interesting sleek font to write focus in and then im going to put in on the inside of the o and im goin to put photogrpahy a little bit smaller on the bottum

i dont really like the font or anything i just like how clever this one is

I liked this one because it just flowed and i liked the way they did the i's and d's

i just liked how sleek this looked.

Assignment 17 research and design

So for this project i want to do pear incorporated and the reason is that when i saw it that logo you showed us yesterday popped into my head to i wanted to do something like that

Research:
colors- black white and margarita(green; pantone 14-0116)
trends-the trends for right now are very chic, slim, and modern, which is what im going for
competitions-i went and looked up other catering business websites and they all sort of have the same look and i want mine to be different.
